We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 120€. Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.  

 

Services

We only ship within the European Union. Orders are shipped with one of the following services:

In the EU: DHL Parcel Connect: Estimated delivery from order is 4-8 business days.• UPS access point: Estimated delivery from order is 4-8 business days.

In Sweden: DHL Service point: Estimated delivery from order is 3-7 business days.

 

Taxes and duties

All taxes and import duties are included in the final price at checkout. Your order will not be subject to any additional charges.

 

Insurance

Oscar Magnuson Spectacles insures each purchase for its time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Oscar Magnuson Spectacles.

 

Returns

Items purchased on oscarmagnuson.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

 

Return online

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund. Sweden: SEK 70 / EU: €15 / Outside EU: €18.

Important information on returns

• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.

• Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) attached and seal(s) unbroken.

• Items purchased on oscarmagnuson.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

• A return fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers reverse logistics and reflects our effort to reduce the environmental footprint of unnecessary shipments. Return fee: Sweden: SEK 70 / EU: €15 / Outside EU: €18

• A prepaid return label will be provided. Simply attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest service point.
  

• Please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
